✅Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
(Quite Hours starts from 9 pm to 9am, please keep the noise down and limit outdoor activities for neighbors during that time)
❌No Smoking of any kind inside and outside the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
❌No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays without prior approval. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present. Right to cancel reservation without refund.
🔹Except in cases of pre-approval from the host. Pre-approved events must comply with all house rules, local regulations, and guest capacity limits
❌ For the safety of everyone, no extra/ overnight guests that are not registered in the reservation.
❌No shoes inside the houses
❌ No mail or packages are delivered to the property.
🔹Grocery and food deliveries are welcomed
❌DO NOT TOUCH the pool equipment as it is quite sensitive and will become unusable for your stay.
❌The hot tub may not be used without prior notice and approval from the host. Please contact us in advance if you’d like to request access. Fee will apply if using the hot tub without advance notice.
❌ Never leave the firepit flame unattended. It should be turned off when not in use. A violation fee will apply.

👨🏻🌾Our gardener will visit every Friday before 12:00 PM to maintain the front and back lawn. He enters through the side gate and completes his work quickly without interfering with your stay.
